Overview

The Dashboard is the central hub of the booking system, providing comprehensive insights into your business performance through interactive charts, key metrics, and real-time data visualization. It offers a 360-degree view of bookings, revenue, customer trends, and operational efficiency.


How to Use

Accessing the Dashboard

  1. Log in to the booking system using your credentials.
  2. The Dashboard loads automatically as your default home page.
  3. Alternatively, click Dashboard in the main navigation menu.

Using Time Filters

1.Select a predefined time range from the dropdown:

  • Today, Last 30 Days, This Week, Last Week
  • This Month, Last Month, This Quarter, Last Quarter
  • This Year, Last Year, All Time

2.For custom date ranges:

  • Select Custom Range from the dropdown.
  • Enter start and end dates.
  • Click Apply to update dashboard data.

Applying Filters

  1. Use the filter section to narrow down data:
  • Service Type: Services, Classes, Consultations, Resources.
  • Users: Select specific team members.
  • Locations: Filter by business location.
  1. Click Apply Filters to update metrics.
  2. Click Reset to clear filters and return to the default view.

Managing Saved Views

  • Save a View:
  1. Configure filters and time range.
  2. Click Save View.
  3. Enter a name and confirm by clicking Save View.
  • Load a View:
  1. Select a saved view from the dropdown.
  2. Click Load to apply the view.
  • Delete a View:
  1. Select a saved view.
  2. Click Delete and confirm removal.

Interacting with Charts

  • Hover over data points to view details.
  • Use action buttons to:
  • Download charts as images.
  • Refresh chart data.
  • Charts auto-update when filters or time ranges change.

Key Metrics Explained

  • Total Bookings: Number of appointments in the selected period.
  • Total Revenue: Financial value of all bookings.
  • New Customers: First-time clients.
  • Completion Rate: Percentage of appointments completed.

  • Set time range to This Quarter.
  • Filter by location.

A: In real-time as new bookings are made or modified.

A: Yes, download individual charts as images using the download button.

Q: Why don't I see data for all time periods?

A: Data is shown only for the selected range. Empty charts indicate no data exists for that period.

Q: How many saved views can I create?

A: Unlimited, but organize them with clear names.
